  I dropped off two packages to be shipped via UPS on a Thursday. One package was labeled and ready to go, the other needed to be packed. They assured me they would leave the next day. They charged me $42 to pack the item and did NOT ship it. On Friday when contacted, they claimed I missed the pickup. The following Monday, they claimed the UPS driver missed pickup. On Monday morning, they said they would upgrade the package to overnight status - but of course they didn't. Scott was rude, unapologetic and he lied to me about:
  
  a. Packing costs.
  b. Shipping dates.
  c. They are not an authorized UPS center.
  d. UPS stated there were NO missed pickups.
  e. Upgrading the packages.
  
  I wouldn't use this business for ANY service in the future. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly lying to your customers is unacceptable.
